The branch of technology that deals with the design, construction, operation, and application of robots.

Robotics is really much more than that. It is what drives the modern world to new technologies and allows us to break previously unbreakable barriers. Robots explore what humans can not visit, build quickly what humans would take hours to do, heal patients on the cellular level which humans could only do with great amounts of time for only certain periods.

The point is, robots have revolutionized the world. And the revolution has only just begun!
